Treatment Fees
OTP (Methadone and Buprenorphine)
Admission to OTP program are accepted Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5:30 am to 7 am. Plan to be here for the entire morning and early afternoon on intake day to complete assessment by counselor, doctor, and nurse.
– Initial Consultation/ Pre-screening: Free
– Admission: Free
– Readmission Fee: $13 for dose + $50
*Additional lab tests may entail additional charges.

Methadone Program
(All inclusive of medication & counseling)

Buprenorphine Program
(Depends on daily dosages in milligrams, included medication and counseling)
– 8mg dose $13 daily, $85 weekly
– 12mg dose $15 daily, $95 weekly
– 16mg dose $17 daily, $110 weekly
– 20mg dose $20 daily, $130 weekly
– 24mg dose $24 daily, $150 weekly
DATA 2000 Program
-Intake/Admission: $300 (Monthly Fee + Intake Fee)
-Monthly Fee: $250
